You can reply START or UNSTOP to re-subscribe. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing anything. Do you agree to receive Threepio SMS messages at this number?”
Required participant response
The participant must provide an affirmative verbal response, such as “Yes, I agree.” Silence, ambiguity, or a response from someone other than the invited participant is not accepted.
